I recently used this courier service and overall had a satisfactory experience. The pickup process was smooth and handled professionally. The package was delivered within the expected time frame, and tracking updates were provided regularly, which was very helpful.
The delivery staff was polite and ensured the parcel was handed over safely. Packaging was intact upon arrival, with no damage to the contents.
However, there is some room for improvement in communication speed, as responses to queries could be quicker.
Overall, a reliable service that I would consider using again.
